Neal Goodman Speaks on Best Practices in Consultant-Client Relationships for Cross Cultural Training at IMI

WASHINGTON, DC - Mar. 10, 2011- Neal Goodman delivered a session on Best Practices in Consultant-Client Relationships in Cross Cultural Training at the Intercultural Management Institute's (IMI) 12th Annual Conference on Intercultural Relations.

The session examined conceptualizing project needs, RFP’s, contracting, needs assessment, evaluations, follow-up and building the relationship. This session also demonstrated a “best practice” created in partnership between a cross-cultural training organization and its clients to achieve global competency using Knowledge Management.
