Critical Incidents/Case Studies

The purpose of this capability is to record the cross-cultural situations you have observed during your professional experience or in conjunction with the delivery of a Global Dynamics’ program.

For GDI Trainers, Coaches and Consultants, print a copy of the dialogue box that can be found by clicking on Critical Incidents/Case Studies, distribute it during the Global Dynamics’ program/seminar you are conducting, collect the completed critical incidents, and enter the data in the system using the link below.

For GDI Clients, enter here to view critical incidents that GDI has been collecting and developing over time. You can also use this system to manage any incidents that your company has documented through the on-line database.
