Center (KMRC) is our customers’ entry
point into our vast Knowledge Management Resource Database
that contains:
- a secure global communications hub
for international assignees, including electronic communities
that allow family members to communicate
with friends and loved ones through the Spouse and Kid's Corner
features.
- Data and marketing information collected
through our global surveys.
- Country-specific information at your
fingertips to educate you, your company, and/or your family to
the customs, cultures, and educational, business and social
differences of the region you will be relocating to.
- Critical Incidents/Case Studies from
our customers’ experiences
and from our
worldwide network of trainers, consultants, and coaches.
- Critical Incidents/
Case Studies that are specific to individual clients and
only viewable by them and additional Critical Incidents/ Case Studies
that
have been collected by GDI and available to all of our clients.
- If requested
by our clients, information is gathered from your international
assignees, organized, and made available to your HR Professional, Corporate
Mentors, and line management through our website portal.
