Leading and Managing a Virtual Workforce

Leading and Managing a Virtual Workforce teaches participants about the critical differences between leading in a virtual environment and a traditional organizational structure. In this course, managers will learn critical leadership strategies and competencies with emphasis on establishing and maintaining relationships virtually.

Leading and Managing a Virtual Workforce is one of a series of programs designed to raise awareness and understanding of the dynamics of leading a virtual team and to provide managers with tools, techniques and strategies for becoming effective leaders and communicators.
