GDI's Tapping into the Potential of Four Generations at Work is a highly interactive course designed to meet the requirements of a varied audience, including employees as well as managers, regarding the topical aspect of multiple generations in the workplace.

Not since the Industrial Revolution have there been four generations working side-by-side in the workplace; and, consequently, there are many nuances and considerations when recruiting, retaining and promoting all of the representative employees in an organization.

This program focuses on building not only general awareness regarding the various characteristics of the four generational groups, but also developing skills focused on training, mentoring, and coaching the different generations as well as the styles that are intrinsic to them.
