Overcoming Unconscious Bias and Micro-Inequities

With an unthreatening, non-judgmental approach, GDI's Overcoming Unconscious Bias and Micro-Inequities course leads participants through ways to both detect and overcome biases and micro-inequities. The course develops participants self-awareness with respect to their own potential undetected biases. Further, participants learn specific techniques for managing their own and others biases and countering the inequities they see and experience in the workplace.

The Overcoming Unconscious Bias and Micro-Inequities program is highly interactive. Simulations, case studies, self assessments and small group activities engage the participants in an accelerated learning experience.

As with all of GDI's offerings, our Overcoming Unconscious Bias and Micro-Inequities program is offered anywhere, any way, any time, and in any language. Our services are offered in-person, via telephone, online live or self-paced.
