GDI's Achieving Global Leadership in the Culturally Diverse Organization program was designed to prevent the primary cause of failure in culturally diverse teams - not a lack of intelligence or technical skills but misunderstandings and differences in perceptions and expectations. In order to preempt and prevent a lack of trust and mutual respect and subsequent reduction in productivity and effectiveness, our Achieving Global Leadership in the Culturally Diverse Organization program provides team leaders the tools and strategies for success.

This seminar is designed to teach corporate leaders how to:
