Global Project Management

GDI's Global Project Management program was designed to develop the skills and competencies necessary for success on global project teams. Participants will learn how to effectively do their job while working on a global scale and how cultural differences impact the work environment.

This program focuses on five key themes:

  • Planning and development
  • Decision-making for effective management
  • Consensus and team building methodologies
  • Accountability and task definition
  • Appraising implementation strategies

The Global Project Management program is highly interactive. Simulations, case studies, self assessments and small group activities engage the participants in an accelerated learning experience.

As with all of GDI's offerings, our Global Project Management program is offered anywhere, any way, any time, and in any language. Our services are offered in-person, via telephone, online live or self-paced.
