Living and Working in the USA: The American Experience

The Living and Working in the USA program accelerates the smooth transition of international assignees and their families into their new communities and work environments in the United States. Participants examine issues related to both their professional, personal and social adjustments, including the influence of American cultural values on work and society, US business customs and protocols, and American communication and management styles. The program is customized to focus on the particular community where the assignee will be living.

The Living and Working in the USA is highly interactive. Simulations, case studies, self assessments and small group activities engage the participants in an accelerated learning experience.

As with all of GDI's offerings, our Living and Working in the USA program is offered anywhere, any way, any time, and in any language. Our services are offered in-person, via telephone, online live or self-paced.
