International Negotiations

GDI's International Negotiations program is designed to improve the negotiation skills of anyone who works and negotiates in global markets. Participants will learn and practice styles of negotiation characteristic of various targeted countries. Effective strategies for international negotiation skills will be learned and practiced.

This seminar is designed to teach participants how to:

  • Adapt knowledge of one's own products, company and negotiating style, to negotiating effectively in an inter-cultural environment
  • Identify the unique characteristics of targeted cultures which must be taken into account in planning a strategy to negotiate with them
  • Develop key traits of a successful international negotiator

The International Negotiations program is highly interactive. Simulations, case studies, self assessments and small group activities engage the participants in an accelerated learning experience.

As with all of GDI's offerings, the International Negotiations program is offered anywhere, any way, any time, and in any language. Our services are offered in-person, via telephone, online live or self-paced.
