Dr. Goodman is an internationally recognized authority in international human resource management and organizational effectiveness. Through the auspices of Global Dynamics, Dr. Goodman has worked with hundreds of clients from a wide spectrum of the global community, including multinational corporations, government agencies and educational institutions.
 
Dr. Goodman received his Ph.D. from New York University and has three times been honored with invitations to be a Senior Fellow at the East-West Center in Hawaii. He is a frequent speaker at professional meetings and associations and has authored numerous books and articles on the subject of globalization and international business. Dr. Goodman is the recipient of the 1995 Senior Interculturalist Achievement Award and has taught international management for 30 years.
